Steps to follow to install CM10.1 custom ROM

  1. Download above listed zip file to local hard disk on PC or laptop and connect your device to PC via USB cable or Wi-Fi and transfer or copy both downloaded ZIP file (don’t do unzip)to your MicroSD Card.
  2. Turn off and reboot into Recovery (CWM Recovery) by using this simple step press Home + Power button simultaneously.
  3. From Recovery Menu, use Volume Up or Down button for navigation
  4. Go to choose from SDcard or install ZIP from SD card and Flash CM10.1 zip from SdCard from SDCard

  3. u have to flash 2.3.6 firmware by using oddin…..or if u have a back up….u can restore it…press home button + power then choose backup/restore..nd restore it.

  5. gprs still not working! its a good rom but gprs is the most important to me so better change other rom than this…

  6. I tried this and now my phone wont turn off and all it gives me is a black or a light blue screen! What should i do now?
    I did try updating it more than once but to no avail.
