Download above listed ROM ZIP files to your computer or laptop and transfer zip file to xperia M root of your SD card using Wi-Fi file transfer method or using Xperia USB cable driver.

Boot your device into fastboot by using flash boot.img from cm11 zip (you need to do this because alvin’s cwm can’t flash cm11)

Switch OFF your Sony Xperia M C1905 and Enter CWM Recovery by pressing Volume Up button and do full wipe (everything except SD card)

After ZIP file got installed DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (Wipe dalvik cache) (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot).

Note: If your device already installed with CM10.1 custom ROM then follow this simple step to upgrade Boot into Recovery, Flash ROM zip file and Reboot

Wait for 3 to 4 minutes and go to main menu and select ‘reboot system now’.

That it, your Sony Xperia M C1905  smartphone now ready to reboot at Android 4.4.2 Kitkat version with CM11.0 features.

After rebooted check your device android version by checking Setting à About phone.

Note: This best custom CM11.0 android 4.4.2 ROM tested only in C1904/C1905 single SIM version and  not tested at Sony Xperia M dual C2004.
